COVID-19 Safety Measures
Social Distancing:
Please follow guidelines shown on posters in the attraction. Please be conscious of other visitors and our staff.
Sanitation:
Hand sanitiser is available through out the venue and we ask that visitors use this as necessary and certainly upon arrival.
Toilets:
We will have our toilets open. We ask that you please leave it as you found it and regular inspections and cleaning will be carried out through out the day.
Glassmaking Demonstrations:
(Booking advisable during School Holidays - please call to book in)
We are now doing demonstrations Monday to Friday at set times as follows:
10.15am - 11.00am
11.15am - 12.00pm
12.15pm - 1.00pm
2.00pm - 2.45pm
3.00pm - 3.45pm
The viewing area has been laid out in a grid formation and details of where to stand will be given when purchasing your ticket, depending on your group size. We will show you into the demonstration through one door and you will exit through another back into the shop. A 10% discount voucher off any product in store will be given out when purchasing a ticket to the demonstration which is redeemable on the date of issue only. Booking is advisable all year but essential during school holidays. Tickets can be purchased in advance over the phone but must be paid for upon booking.
Glassmaking Experiences:
Due to the risks involved, currently we will only be offering limited glassmaking experiences. The tealights and the paperweight will still be on offer but no blown items as yet. We are looking at ways of being able to offer these safely for you and us.
Payments:
Both cash and card payments are accepted but contactless is preferable and we can now take payments of £45.00 via contactless.
We hope you enjoy your visit but ask kindly that if you have any concerns, you address us directly so we can look to resolve them. This is new for all of us and we want it to be right for everyone. Thank you.
